Digital Products — All Sales Final

Rees Thomas sells digital products (downloadable files, licenses, and other electronically delivered goods). Because these products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is completed and the product has been delivered or made available for download.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and waive any right to a refund except as described below.

Exceptions

We will review refund or replacement requests in the following limited cases:

  • Non-delivery: You did not receive a download link or access to your purchased product, and our support team is unable to deliver it to you.
  • Defective or corrupted files: The file you received is corrupted, will not open, or materially differs from its description, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

In these cases, we will first attempt to resolve the issue by re-delivering or repairing the product. If we cannot, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

What Is Not Covered

  • Change of mind or accidental purchase.
  • Lack of compatibility with your device or software, where system requirements were stated or reasonably available before purchase.
  • Failure to download within any stated access window.
  • Partial use or dissatisfaction after the product has been accessed.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. Where such laws require remedies we do not otherwise offer, those laws prevail.
